Dem-Inter Management Structure

Dem-Inter’s founding shareholder and CEO is Mark Lewis, a UK citizen, who graduated from Reading University in 1980 with a BSc (Agric) Hons in Farm Production Management. He has 29 years experience of large scale farm management in Russia, Europe and Africa operating on units up to 320,000 hectares in size.

Dem-Inter has a number of Farm Directors and Operator Trainers from Russia, Zimbabwe, Zambia and South Africa providing skilled and experienced day to day management, mentoring and training at farm level to the local management team. They are supported by a team of Technical Directors and Consultants assisting with all aspects of crop production, water management, crop storage and processing, risk management, and machinery and equipment.

In the various countries in which we have a presence we have able local Partners who are an integral part of the agri-business and sit on the various boards to provide that vital local knowledge and connection to ensure the businesses are able to operate efficiently in that particular country. We are continually mentoring and training our local staff to enable them to work themselves up the career ladder within Dem-Inter to benefit themselves and the company.
