Dem-Inter provides management, training and mentoring to help local partners build a sustainable business by creating crop treatment, storage and processing facilities with access to local,national and international markets.

Dem-Inter operates large scale agri-business units using a majority of investors’ equity , and invests in quality agri-businesses through leases, joint ventures and operating / service / management contracts.

Dem-Inter focuses on potential, high-yielding sites – the key selection criteria being suitable soils with adequate rainfall and / or sustainable irrigation potential, well served by roads and / or railways.

Dem-Inter’s primary production experience includes maize (yellow & white), rice , wheat , barley , beans , canola, soya, sun flowers, sugar cane & beet, potatoes, onions, cassava, tomatoes and other field scale vegetables together with milk, beef, pork, chicken and eggs.

Dem-Inter prefers to add value to the primary products through treatment, long term storage, milling and pressing.

Dem-Inter modernises and mechanises existing and new agri-businesses to ensure the lowest possible cost of production.
